East Valley Computer Forensics charges a "set fee" based on the scope of work and the type of case.  Other firms often charge hourly rates (some as high as $300 per hour) with estimates of how much the analysis may cost; which may also include fees for hard drives to store the data and future consultations.  East Valley Computer Forensics will provide the customer with an exact cost and will complete the imaging, the analysis, and reporting for one fixed fee. 

Business, Corporate, and Legal Cases

These are often complex investigations and require a great deal of time to conduct a complete analysis.  If travel is required outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area, travel costs will also be added to the agreement. When an assignment is accepted, the customer will know the exact cost.

Domestic Cases  

These cases are normally not as complex as corporate cases, although a complete imaging, analysis, and reporting will be conducted for each hard drive. If travel is required outside of the Phoenix metropolitan area, travel costs will also be added to the agreement.
